Product: Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M281fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Printer prints everything with a blue hue all over paper, both in color and black % white prints...printer updates and Windows 10 updates do not fix the problem. Cannot find a technical support number to call anywhere on HP website....customer service is non-existent !!!!

Take out the cyan cartridge and look at the blue green drum on the bottom, if there is toner on it it is quite likely a bad toner cartridge.
