Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello all,

Product: LaserJet 4200N

Steps that I took:

1. Shake the toner.

2. Run clean process 5 times.

 

My LaserJet 4200n prints with vertical smudges from top to bottom on the left and on the right side and also the same issue on the back of the paper. The text in the middle is OK.

I would like to find out what is causing this so that I can replace the defective part.
