Thin black line down the page.  I have run all the print quality tests and calibrations.  Printer is less than a month old, and really howling at times, it is not quiet like it used to be.  I am using it for printing loan docs, maybe 300 pages a day average.  I need to get to know this printer, and be able to maintain it, as it is my livelihood.  I will start trying to find videos as well.

95% of single color thin lines on a page will be the result of  cartridge issue. Remove the black cartridge and check for something either on the drum or stuck there like a bit of paper. Also keep in mind that at 300 pages a day, the rated life of this printer will be exceeded in 16 days. The fuser and transfer belt are rated at 50,000 pages and past experience with this model show that the life rating of the fuser is right around there. For that kind of volume you should have purchased either a 577 or a 600 series color machine.
