The printer doesn't print yellow color, event after replacing the toner cartridge.
The new cartridge is an original HP and is displayed as 100% full, but isn't printing at all.
I'm doing print tests directly on the printer through the printer's menu, the other colors are working fine.
I followed the workaround described here, which was relevant (i had to unclip the alienation tab), but unfortunately, the printer still doesn't print the corresponding color.
Any idea of what could be done to solve this issue?
Thank you in advance for your help.
Here are the details about the printer (not under warranty anymore) :
Product id : T6B71A
Model name : HP Color LaserJet MFP M181fw
Serial : VNC3P0****
Service ID : 10296

I understand the printer is not printing in yellow. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.
Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Fixing Poor Print Quality
If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue with the printer
