HP LaserJet Pro MFP M130nw

Hello

 

I am having problems with my HP LaserJet Pro MFP M130mw.  My old toner cartridge ran out, but my documents were printing thick horizontal lines so I assumed maybe I needed a new toner.  I purchased a new toner, installed it and the horizontal thick black lines are still present.  I downloaded the Print and Scan doctor, and it gave me the green check mark indicating everything works well . I cleaned the printerhead. Any suggestions? Thank you!

It's probably drum. Your printer has a separated drum from toner, and if you have printed around 20000 pages drum needs to be replaced.

It could be better add a picture but the problem seems drum ünit (which cartridge placed on)
