OK this is what happens. The machine runs fine having the paper type and the profile set to let's say 2903. After it runs for a while maybe two or three sheets or four, then funky things start to happen like it becomes all modelled. Once I change the loaded paper type and run the sheet again using a different profile like let's say 3621, then it prints fine for the first couple or the first few sheets and then it goes pooched again. If I change it back to the 2903 and run it again then it's good. It just doesn't make sense. It is almost like the profile goes temporarily corrupt. ??
I have new print heads coming but they are all good I think, under 2000 mls fired on all of them and I cleaned out the vacuum holes and I have Done print tests and it just seems that after printing 10 feet on one profile it goes corrupt and I have to choose a different profile which will then be good for about 10 feet before that goes corrupt. Any ideas? It’s not the stock, it has happened with other stock as well, seems to be the profile or something, I hope it’s not the motherboard. I unplugged it for a while on Friday, give it time to think about what it’s doing.
