HP PageWide Managed Color MFP E776dns Base Printer - Base Product 50-60 ppm

I recently purchased HP PageWide Managed Color MFP E77650 printer. Upon purchase, I was informed the printer only lacked the magenta ink cartridge. I replaced it with a new one, but upon further inspection, I discovered magenta ink leaking all over the inside of the printer, particularly around the Fluid cartridge itself.

This is concerning, especially considering the significant cost of both the printer and its parts. I am worried about potential damage to the printer and the quality of future prints.

Given this situation, I would greatly appreciate your assistance in determining the best course of action.

Here are some options I'd like to explore:

  • Troubleshooting: Is there a troubleshooting process I can follow to identify the cause of the leak and potentially fix it myself?
  • Repair: If repair is necessary, what are the repair options available and their estimated costs?

Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

Sincerely,

Brandon

I would highly recommend you if possible to return the printer.
