HP Color LaserJet Enterprise Flow MFP M776zs

We have a HP Laserjet M776zs that we purchased in April 2023 that is NOT performing as it should. We have had 3 service calls in the last 4 months. Many lost man hours in communication with HP, the service company and going offsite to print. Hemmersbach seems ill equipped to handle service for this machine. We have been without our printer for 3 weeks. They seem to only have 1 technician and that individual is on vacation this week. That is ridiculous. They do not communicate well for status updates.

The HP Support chat takes a lot of time and does not seem to diagnose issues well.

Very worried about this machine once the manufacturer’s warranty is up.

This has been a very frustrating and consuming problem to deal with. We need help getting our printer repaired.

Our customers would never allow us to handle problems in the way our machine outages have been handled.

Very, very disappointed!!

How can we make this right?

I see that there is an issue with the printer hardware and may need replacement.

The support here is limited and this issue might require one-on-one interaction to fix it.

What sorts of issues are you having? We have a few of these in the field and have not experienced a lot of issues with them.
