My HP officejet 5222 won’t let me access the ink cartridge. When I try to open the lid it won’t open all the way so I can’t get to the cartridges . Any help ? I’ve read other suggestions to turn it off and on, unplug and plug back up, I’ve done that and nothing. I really need to change the ink and don’t want to break my printer or buy a new one
