How do I submit a claim on an HP product with a limited warranty that has not yet expired? How do I reach customer support by phone to file a claim?

You need to go to support.hp.com and go through the steps to create a warranty case.

Thank you for your expedient response.  I was actually able to locate the Customer Support phone number of 1-866-625-3906. You do have to allow the associate access to your smartphone to see the cartridge you are referring to and the printer error on your printer screen. You may also need to cycle through the troubleshooting steps listed on the website, so it could be a 30 - 45 minute phone conversation. They are very helpful and i the printer cartridge is within the limited warranty date, you should receive a replacement cartridge. The holidays are slowing down the delivery, but it is 2 day delivery.
