Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M227fdw

After purchasing a new HP 32A black toner unit the printer started to streak when printing. Upon purchasing another one, it began to print as if the printer was low on ink. I checked the ink levels, and it said the black was low, no matter which 32A unit was inside the machine. I used the "clean printer" setting, and now both units leave long black streaks on both sides of the paper. I have also tried turning off the machine and turning it back on, along with leaving it unplugged.

HP Recommended

It's the drum, behind the toner cartridge replace it with a new one. The drum is low, not the toners.
