Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I know the cartridges received when purchasing most printers are not full but was wondering if these levels seem right  for my newly installed cartridges that came with the printer?

HP Recommended

No, all 4 should be close to 100% full after the first printer initialization.
