Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
See the attachment above, this is how my printer is printing. The purple mark is not from the printer, I removed my name for privacy. There was a paper jam with my printer. After I cleared the print, the print quality is now very poor. I have replaced the cartridges with brand new official HP cartridges. And have made sure there are no remaining scraps of paper in the paper path. The printer is not showing any errors and the diagnostic print is also not indicating any errors or malfunction. What other things can I try to fix my printer?
