Product: HP DesignJet T2600dr 36-in PostScript Multifunction Printer

I have the plotter set up to send us alerts when the ink is running low and we order a new cartridge but we always run out of ink before we get the replacement cartridge.  I'm assuming it sends the alert when the ink reaches a certain level say 5%.  Is there anyway I can adjust it so it sends the alert when it reaches 10 or 15%
