I just installed a new set of HP 951 ink cartridges. My printed says the new Magenta and Cyan cartridge are LOW and need to be replace. But these are New cartridge!
How do I reset the printer to accept the new cartridge.....or could the new cartridges Really be LOW?

@Mattie1948, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Make sure the plastic tape if any is removed from the new ink cartridge before placing it in the printer.
Re-insert the ink cartridges.
Reset the printer
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
