HP ENVY Pro 6432 All-in-One Printer

I have changed ink twice now with original HP ink. The first time I printed about 4 pages of normal black and white writing and went away for a couple of weeks and came back it said low ink. So once again I changed both inks. This time I’ve only printed out the alignment page it does after replacing the cartridges and have been away for 2 weeks and I have came back to printer saying low ink again? There are no leaks as far I can see, and have tried printing a flight boarding pass and it has come out as if ink is low. Is this normal for this printer? Does the ink dry up?

@Marco9391, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

Yes, the ink gets dry if the printer is not used for more than a couple of weeks. In this case, you can remove the ink cartridges from the printer and store them in an air-tight container.

We can try to resolve this issue by cleaning the ink cartridges.

Insert one ink cartridge at a time and try printing to identify the defective ink cartridge.

Perform the steps mentioned in this document - No black ink, wrong colors, other print quality issues

Clean the ink cartridges up to 2 times and print a test page to check the result.

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
