Hi I have a printer HP LaserJet M109-M112 (also comes up as M110e)
I have a problem when it comes to configuring my printer to adjust the density as I want to print a slightly light grey colour as well.
But I couldn't find any option to increase the toner density nor make it darker and it is causing trouble printing my documents
So far I checked all the
- Printer option (window control)
- HP smart app options
- driver & Printer documents from HP
Still could not find anything. could anyone be able to help me out?

Hello and Sorry for the late reply.
So far as of now, I have tried all of the suggestions you have mentioned as well as raising the toner density (darkness option) up.
However, it was still giving me a poor quality issue when printing out the light lines and grey boxes.
I understand that laser printers print the grey shades differently from inkjet, but the print outcome is inconsistent - sometimes it prints out okay, but most of the time, it will either entirely not print at all or print parts of the lines.
Both the toner cartridge and printer are new and authentic HP ones 😞
