Product: Samsung Xpress SL-M2026W Laser Printer

I bought a new toner for my M2026W laser printer, inserted it and then the problems started. It was printing before i decided to replace the toner. The printer then did not recognize the new toner, and also failed to recognize the old toner. In fact it does not see any toner inserted when i run the diagnostics. I cleaned to contacts both of the toner cassette and inside the printer. Also i pressed the toner firmly into place as well, i can also see tiny scratches on the toner .. that confirms it is definately touching the contacts inside of the printer. Really scratching my head, and dont want to throw away a printer that was definately working fine....
