Hello, I ordered new HP toner, fully sealed. After replacing, the quality was really bad. The only reason I replaced was because my older toner was low and printouts were becoming poor. - attached. compare to the real image :https://celebratingwithkids.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/07/Screen-Shot-2021-06-30-at-8.55.04-PM-767x...
Once the new Toner wasn't printing well, I requested the seller to send me replacement toner. It was HP Genuine fully sealed. So after two sets of Toner fully worth $800, the printer still does not print.
I've followed all basic troubleshooting tips for fixing poor print quality found at this link but it still is not improved: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c06449991
Please assist. It has been too much investment at this point to tell me after one Toner cycle to replace a $400 printer after $800 of toner purchase.
Thank you.
