Dear all, 

 

We have problem when we use M255nw Printer.

Since we change the new tonner and print our paperwork, we have probelm that the print out is not according to the number of pages that shown in the tonner specification.

The number of pages print result less than the specification. 

Anyone can please help me about this question :

1. How do we know the tonner is orginal or not?

2. Where can we buy the orginal tonner ? our location in indonesia.

3. Can we buy the bigger capacity of the tonner?

 

Please advice.
