Hi

M281fdw was working fine and suddenly started to print red colour across the whole documents, please see pics.
What it should be? Brand new non original cartridges installed. I use this brand for years and never got any issues, and when I reinstalled them it was working fine.

It's the toner cartridges. Magenta for sure, and looks like yellow too.

What can resulted in these? As cartridges were installed brand new (non original) everything worked, and then person came back to me with this issue. I suspect that they might dropped cartridges?

If dropped the pattern on printed sheet would be different, I think the toner cartridge is defective or badly remanufactured, it happens more that you think.

Would try to replace both magenta and yellow and see how it works.
