HP LaserJet Pro 400 color Printer M451dw

Magenta stopped printing on M451dw LaserJet Pro 400 printer.  Installed all new color cartridges.  Cyan/yellow seem to print OK, Magenta still does not.  Attempted numerous cleaning cycles, but get only black output on paper.  Output of "print quality" test shows just very faint magenta.  Concerned that "cleaning" is not really working.

Hi, thanks for the reply.  I apologize for not stating the problem exactly.  When I print in color, the magenta "tries" to print, but the result is extremely faint, almost non-existent.  This is particularly evident in a "print quality" page, where one can see just a faint hint of the magenta.  Same happens in a "Supplies Status" page, where the black, cyan, and yellow are strong, the magenta barely visible.  I have uploaded the latest driver s/w to Version 61.120.5.12262 and attempted numerous "cleaning" pages.  One bothersome aspect is that the manual suggests that a cleaning page should print from all four cartridges, but I get only a single black rectangle about 3 inches high, no colors.   The color cartridges are all brand new official HP 305 cartridges.
