Hi

I recently changed pressure roller (pink) and black sleeve (next to pink roller) and now when I print a demo page the printout full of burnt toner. I take the fuser off and toner all over the pink roller and sleeve. What is the issue?

Printer used to work perfect before but only had some faint printout on the left side hence I changed the roller.

Fuser is not bonding properly. In my experience they are not as easy to refurbish as sellers would like to portray. Did you replace the heating element or reuse it?

Printer was working fine and the only problem was faint picture from the left side of the paper (when I get to the pink roller I saw burnt toner with paper stick to the pink roller exactly on the same place where faint picture was showing up).

So I decided to change pink roller only with black sleeve as it was coming together with a pink roller and never thinking of changing heating element as it was doing good. So now after reassembling the fuser with new pink roller and black sleeve I am getting this issue.

Also, I mentioned that after reassembling the fuser during printing it makes some crackling nose somewhere in the fuser part.

I am sure it was assembled properly, all gears were turning nicely (I was compering to another working fuser from the same printer model)

I have changed to old black sleeve and it seems to print now. Don’t know what was the problem, however I have another issues p.s this printer gives me headache issue after issue

Please see the video, the motor RM2-7349 makes very loud noise while rotating and printing. Also, when I want to print in duplex it always jams, and if printer from tray 1 (one side or duplex) always jams. What is could be? I checked the area in the fuser and there is nothing obstructing the path.
