	HP Color LaserJet Pro M479fdw suddenly stop printing any images. Paper travel is fine with no jams are unusual noises. Tried printing Printer Info page from printer panel. The paper travels fine but no image prints, except for a very faint smudge-like mark on each sheet of paper. Changed the rather new black cartridge with a brand new one with no luck. Any Suggestions? Thanks in advance
