Problem started when I bought and installed a non-HP 17A toner cartridge. On a page with a list of 46 items including headers & footers, the font size and style would change within the page several times. Thought USB printer cable was faulty, so switched it out with no change. Still getting font issues.

Did a web search and found an HP answer to another users question with the solution being the fault of the third party cartridge. So I put up with the problem for a few days. Now I need to print three pages where I want the intended text to remain the same, so put in old "very low" HP cartridge back in and found the font problem remains.

Looked further, and decided that maybe the cartridge change and old 2020 drivers were combining to cause problem, so downloaded and installed the May 18, 2022 driver package 44.11.2775. Still have font issue.

What physically within the printer might be affected by installing 3rd party cartridge? That is my guess now that previous HP cartridge re-inserted has same problem. Something else need to be reset?
