Please help, I have tried EVERYTHING I can find online to deal with this. I did buy some amazon cartridges non-hp and the they worked. So I bought some more, which they didnt started printing so light can almost not even see it. I purchased a authentic 202a cartridge from Amazon and installed this morning and it still not right. I am at a loss. I love this printer well up till now anyway. The only thing I did not try is the ones about firmware. Dont mess with those unless mfgr tells me to. Please please advise as to what I can do to deal with this.
Regard,
Cwatson2141
