I have tried everything at this point to get my brand new cartridges to be accepted they are all Genuine HP Toner Cartridges. I have tried cleaning contacts removing anything that may be in the way plastic tabs tape etc. I tried hard resetting the Printer, Soft resetting the printer tried every possible setting on the printer. I tried to downgrade the firmware and then update the firmware I even opened it up and took off the plastic covers to see if any of the ribbon cables were loose but all were seated properly and yet still I get the dreaded all cartridges supply error. "?" I couldn't figure it out the last time I tried and had some time to try again with the same end result. If anyone has any information beyond what I have tried and beyond the usual obvious troubleshooting information let me know otherwise I will just sell this unit for parts.
