MFP M479fdw. After only 800 printouts, the printouts are all faded. It applies to all colors; Black, Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow. I have replaced all four of the old HP-original toner cartridges with new original HP toner cartridges - but the printouts are still faded and unusable. I got no HP warranty because I bought the printer in 2021. The printer has always been located in a clean place, with no physical mistreatment, and in room temperature all the time. I have kept the printer clean on the inside by carefully using a small Opolar air duster. I have also tried factory reset and unplugged the power supply several times, without any effect. I have checked the internet and found out that I am not alone experiencing this very serious problem, with the MFP M479fdw. And I think a printer lifetime of only 800 printouts is completely unacceptable. What can I do to have the printer working again as expected? Thanks

Thanks for your reply.
I am not sure if it is a dirty laser. Only original HP toners has been used. Also, the printer has always been in a clean environment, and has been cleaned carefully by using mild airflow internally. There has not been any stains or signs of any leakages either. During the appx 800 printouts.
I am beginning to think that the error message "59.c0.00" indicates an hardware error of some type, possibly fuser or belt, or plastic error? Seems to me also that HP sometimes may use mechanical plastic materials that are to weak for their intended use.
The only two facts about this situation are:
1. All printouts suddenly became faded, in all colors (counter then around 750 pages).
2. At the same time, error message 59.c0.00 started popping up on the display.
I hope someone at HP can join the thread. I am not a printer technician and have no idea of what should be done - based on cost/value considerations.

I just had a talk with HP and they said that error 59.c0.00 means "Fuser Motor Startup Error".
Also, the symptoms with faded printouts seems to be a result of this problem. It is most likely a hardware problem, possibly something wrong with mechanical parts or the fuser itself.
The repair cost will probably be compareable to buying a new similar printer (which I am not, of course).
Good bye, HP.

Faded printout is very unlikely caused by the fuser. The print is faded before it reaches the fusser. Search this forum and google for 59.C0 error to see for yourself that your issues are not fuser or fuser motor related.
