Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi. I need help with my printer ghosting my prints. Examples below. 

 

The printout are dirty and it will "repeat" itself near the bottom third of the page. I've recently replaced the black and yellow toner and the ghosting problem occur. 

 

Please help.
