The only error message I get when I put the new black 64XL cartridge in was " insert ink cartridge" I tried doing that a few times and the same message. However when I put the old black cartridge back in ( the one that came with the printer ) the printer works fine. So what gives???????????????/

The black ink cartridge is defective and can be replaced.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the replacement options.
