Thanks for sharing that detail. To understand the situation better, could you tell me:

  • The exact printer model you’re using
  • Whether the cartridge is original HP305 or a third‑party compatible one
  • What error message or behavior you see when you insert it

This will help narrow down if it’s a recognition issue, a region mismatch, or something else.
