Hi @Menderes_Ck,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand that dealing with technical issues and not finding a solution can be frustrating. Let's try to troubleshoot the problem together. It seems like you're having trouble printing in color with your HP Envy 6000 printer. Here are some steps you can take to address the issue.

Check Ink Levels: Ensure that your color ink cartridges have sufficient ink. Some printers won't print in color if the color ink is low or empty.

Printer Settings:

  • Open the document you want to print and go to the "Print" dialog.
  • Look for an option called "Preferences" or "Printer Properties."
  • Within the preferences, make sure that the color printing option is selected.

Driver Update:

  • Ensure that your printer drivers are up-to-date. Visit the official HP website, find your printer model, and download the latest drivers.

Default Printer Settings:

  • Check if the default settings of your printer are set to black and white. You can change this in the printer settings on your computer.

Printer Software:

  • Make sure that the printer software installed on your computer is correctly set up. Sometimes, reinstalling the printer software can resolve issues.

Paper Type and Quality:

  • Ensure that you are using the correct paper type for color printing. Some printers may not print in color on certain paper types.

If you've tried these steps and still can't resolve the issue, there may be a hardware problem with the printer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
