@RISHAAN1, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
Check the Ink or Toner Levels
- Ensure that your printer has enough ink or toner. Sometimes the printer will print blank pages if the ink is empty or very low.
Check for Paper or Print Queue Issues
- Sometimes, stuck paper or an issue with the print queue can cause problems. Make sure no paper is jammed and that there are no pending print jobs in the queue.
- Go to Devices and Printers > Right-click your printer > See what's printing to clear the print queue if needed.
Check the Printer Connection
- USB Cable Check: Make sure the USB cable connecting the printer to the computer is securely plugged in at both ends.
- Try using a different cable or port if you suspect the cable or USB port is faulty.
Restart Printer and Computer
- Turn off both the printer and your computer. Then, restart them to reset any potential temporary issues.
Update Printer Drivers
- An outdated or corrupted printer driver could be causing the issue. Check the manufacturer's website for the latest driver version or go to Device Manager > Printers and update the driver.
Run Printer Troubleshooter (Windows)
- Go to Control Panel > Troubleshooting > Printers and run the troubleshooter to automatically detect and fix printing issues.

Check for Software Issues
- Try printing a test page directly from the printer’s control panel (usually found in the printer settings). If this prints fine, then the issue might be with the computer or print software.
- Try printing from a different application or document to see if the issue persists.
Check Printer’s Ink/Toner Cartridges
- If the ink or toner cartridges are not properly installed or have dried up, this can lead to blank pages. Remove and reinsert them or replace them if needed.
Check for Firmware Updates
- Some printers have firmware updates that can fix bugs and improve printing performance. You can check your printer's model on the HP Support website for any available updates.
