On Instant Ink program. Magenta not fully empty but error appeared that print head was missing, not installed or installed incorrectly. The video showed the magenta should be replaced (even though it also showed on diagnostics that it wasn't empty). I replaced with a new magenta cartridge (sent to me through instant ink) and the error persists and I cannot do anything with the printer. Shutdown/unplugged, manually cleaned contacts, etc., and did it all again with the virtual assistant, useless, the only thing left was to try to contact a human but none are available on Saturday. Diagnostics on the machine show the magenta as full, other color and black are full but printhead health is "bad". What else needs to be done or is this printer dead and I am stuck with expensive cartridges I can't use.
