HP Recommended

i purchased all cartridges and installed them properly. The hp support also confirms about the genuine cartridges. But the magenta color cartridge in not working even after print head cleaning for many times. The quality report is also showing everything fine. Pls suggest some options to perform.

HP has a "silent recall" on 902 ink. My guess is that they had to switch suppliers in Jan/Feb when China went on lockdown (they asked me for 'country of origin' on my cartridges) and then something went wrong. YOU HAVE TO BE RELENTLESS. Customer support and the website will not use the words "Defective" or "recall," but will, if you are persistent enough, eventually replace your printer (apparently the bad cartridges also damaged your printer) and the ink. DON'T LET THEM BUFFALO OR BULLY YOU. Think of it as HP haven driven into the back of your car. No matter how old your car is or what condition it was in, HP was at fault and HP must make you whole.
