Product: HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer

My rarely used HP ENVY 4520 purchased in 2019 (I print less than 15 pages per month most months way less than that) stop printing the magenta color. When I remove the cartridge and wipe it on a towel, I get cyan and yellow but no magenta. It seems to me that this is a cartridge related issue. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
