Hi @wilsongary11,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand the magenta color is streaky and has poor print quality despite completing all cleaning and alignment processes,
here are a few additional steps you can try to resolve the issue:
Check Ink Levels: Ensure that the magenta ink cartridge is not low or empty. Replace it if necessary.
Clean the Printhead Manually: Sometimes, automated cleaning processes are not enough. You can manually clean the printhead:
- Turn off the printer and unplug it.
- Remove the magenta cartridge.
- Use a lint-free cloth slightly dampened with distilled water to gently clean the printhead contacts.
- Allow the contacts to dry completely before reinserting the cartridge and plugging in the printer.
Perform a Second or Third Cleaning Cycle: Sometimes, one cleaning cycle is not enough. Perform the cleaning cycle multiple times to see if the print quality improves.
Check for Firmware Updates: Ensure your printer has the latest firmware updates installed. Sometimes, firmware updates can resolve print quality issues. Update the firmware on an HP printer
Run a Print Quality Diagnostic Report:
- Go to the printer's control panel.
- Select "Setup" > "Reports" > "Print Quality Report".
- Review the report for any obvious issues with the magenta color.
Check the Paper: Ensure you are using the correct type of paper for your print job. Some papers may cause ink to streak or not absorb correctly.
Use the Printer Utility Tool: Use the HP Printer Assistant or HP Smart app on your computer to run diagnostic tools specific to your printer model.
Replace the Magenta Cartridge: If none of the above steps work, the magenta cartridge itself may be defective. Try replacing it with a new, genuine HP cartridge.

I hope this helps.
