HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer

When I first tried to print, my black and yellow ink were the only ones working. I cleaned the cartridges and now all the colors are working but my pink is purple... I've tried unplugging it, cleaning them and I also put the cartridge in hot water for 10 minutes, but the blue ink started leaking.... Is this my printer or is my cartridge just messed up? It had been 2 months since I had printed anything...

I'd like to help!

 

Try updating Firmware if not done already. 

 

If you have performed all the steps from this document, and still having issues, then this could be a cartridge issue or the printer needs to be checked.
