Magenta ink is not working - hp photosmart 5520

My Hp photosmart 5520 printer in is having trouble with the magenta ink, even after cleaning. I can't order a replacement because it shows as not empty. How can I fix this and get the printer working again?

I understand that you are facing issues with printing in color. 

Try updating the firmware. Click here

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, either the cartridge is faulty or the printer hardware needs to be checked.
