I'm trying to print with colour after newly replacing the colour cartridge for my hp envy 4523 but the magenta doesn't seem to show up instead showing up as what seems to be the dominant colour yellow. The yellow and cyan are printing out fine it is as I said already the magenta that seems to be the problem. I've already shook the cartridge gently as I saw that was a good way of trying to get that fixed on another forum/website but still no luck. Resetting it doesn't seem to change the issue either. 🤕 (edit: As much as the cartridge isnt hps own branded one, Ive used the brand thats in the printer now and its worked perfectly fine in the past but Im honestly thinking of just getting a new cartridge since I need to print stuff before a certain date.)
