Product: HP ENVY 4520

My HP Envy 4520 has stopped printing in Magenta. The Yellow/Cyan are working fine, but Magenta will not work. I have already tried cleaning the cartridges through the tools. I am also an Instant Ink customer and this is one of the cartridges sent directly by HP.
