M254DW
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I updated to the latest firmware on my HP laser jet M254dw, but now my Magenta ink doesn’t work and other colours work fine, I’ve print a report on the inks and only magenta ink shows up white with 100% on the report while other colours show up alright.
All inks are original HP tuners and I have tried cleaning inks, resetting the printer , restore to default and downgrade the firmware, but still the same problem.

ALSO RUN THREE CLEANING CYCLES TO CLEAN THE HEAD OF MAGENTA:  Click Settings ( ), and then click Printer Toolbox. The printer Toolbox opens. Click the Device Services tab, and then click Clean Printheads. Click Clean to begin the cleaning process, and then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

Thanks for the help, but still same problem after doing this.

Just been told of HP Support that I have to buy new printer.
