HP Officejet 6600 e-All-in-One Printer - H711a/H711g

Hello, the magenta ink is not printing on my HP Officejet 6600. I ran an ink diagnostic test and all the other colors show up fine but magenta is a white block. I’ve tried the three levels of cleaning on the printer, as well as swapped out a couple different cartridges of magenta to see if it was an ink cartridge problem, but it still is not working. I also wiped the gold metal part on the cartridge to make sure that it was connecting properly to the printer. Any help or advice would be much appreciated. Thank you!
