My printer has stopped printing the color magenta out of nowhere. All the cartridge levels are full and I even replaced the cartridge to be safe. I cleaned the printer head, ran all diagnostic tests. The printer information read out on the print quality diagnostic page shows no magenta or red color at all. The same case for the cleaning test- all that shows is the other two colors but nothing for red. I have hp instant ink and I've checked that my drivers are up to date. There's no option to adjust the color on any of the settings online or on settings in my preferences. Please help.

I understand that the printer does not print in magenta
Please try the steps in the document -Black Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues
