My printer was working fine and then I went to print and now the magenta is not printing. I replaced the ink cartridge even though it was half full but still not working. I printed the supplies report and it says magenta is 90% but it does not show up on report at all. I have tried all troubleshooting to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.
