Magenta no longer printing on HP Envy 4520

Hi There -
I've been using the HP Envy 4527 printer for several years with no issues at all and then today it suddenly stopped printing Magenta. I have cleaned heads and cartridges many times, nothing has made any difference. Magenta is always completely absent on the Print Quality Diagnostic page. I subscribe to Instant Ink but the levels are still half full so I will not be sent any more until the current cartridges run out. I cannot complete my work or get paid for it until I can print my documents! I have wasted hours trying to solve this, please help. Thank you.

I understand the printer is not printing in Magenta. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.
