HP Instant Ink
macOS 10.14 Mojave

Over the past year, I have received a total of four black and colored ink boxes.
1. Is there a way to skip delivery without canceling the subscription?
2. Is there an expiration date on the ink?
3. Is there a way for me to control the shipment and charges for the ink?
4. Are there any real live persons to text since the VR using the Co-Pilot still doesn't understand?

Hi @nicholsr14513,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I see that you have received excess instant ink cartridges.

HP Instant Ink is based on pages, not cartridges. Your monthly fee allows you to use our subscription cartridges to print your plan pages and includes ink or toner, delivery and recycling.

Ink cartridges come with an expiry date and if you would like to return the ink cartridges that are excess and not in use.

To validate your instant ink subscription and send you a return shipping label to send the excess ink cartridges, we need some information related to instant ink account. This information cannot be shared on a public post.

I have sent you a private message to get this information. Please reply to this in a private message.

Take care and have a good day.
