My hp deskjet 2734e printer is not printing any black ink even thought the ink level is not low. Ink level is still showing half. I have done the deep print head cleaning and clean smear from the app. Even the paper towel method that I saw on here and still nothing. It’s been over a year since I got new ink so I believe it is dry. Is there a way to manually order new ink?

Please follow steps from the next video to clean cartridges when ink is dry:

if that doesn't work then you may need to contact HP Support - Instant Ink to request a new cartridge in the next option:

    If you are part of the HP Instant Ink program and need a new cartridge, here’s what you can do:

    1. Check Your Enrollment: Ensure your printer is enrolled in the HP Instant Ink plan. Instant Ink cartridges will only work if your printer is actively enrolled.

    2. Account Access and Tracking:

      • If there is an unexpected delay or an error message, such as "Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled," you might need to follow additional troubleshooting steps outlined here.
    4. Support Contact:

      • If you haven't received a shipment and need a new cartridge urgently, you can reach out to HP Instant Ink support for assistance. Be sure to have your printer model number and the cartridge details handy when contacting support.
