when we send the printing job to the printer, the Red Color (Margenta) color now showing in the output
I checked print quality diagnostics this report could not show a red/Margenta color box.

Update the Firmware
And if you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, either the cartridge is faulty or the printer needs to be checked.
