HP Recommended

Printer is creating marks on the right side of the page. I have cleaned it several times. I changed the cartridge and it didn't help. Does anyone know what is causing this and how to fix it? The marks are 56 mm apart. The printer is a Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479fdn. If anyone can help, I sure would appreciate it.
